Return policy

• Call the Asleep Support Team on +91-9810444411 or email at order@asleep.co.in to raise your return request.
• Your return request will be validated and accepted within the stipulated time period.
• You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
• Our customer care dept will coordinate for return & refund process
• Hand over the Invoice and other documents to our courier partner.
• Once your return is picked up, we will immediately process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
