- The Prices are displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Asleep reserves the right to change the price at its discretion without informing any customer.
- Standard delivery for all Asleep products across India is free, there is no hidden cost.
- In case of unavailability of one or more Asleep products, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. The amount paid will be recalculated and the customer will be refunded for the unavailable product. In case no products are available, the customer will be notified by an email or telephone and will be fully refunded.
- Asleep is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of mentioned on the product, years from the date of purchase.
- When you visit the Site or send us e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. Also when you place an order as a guest or by registering on the website, you are accepting the terms of service. In so doing, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.
